Scientific theories are sometimes labelled 'numerology' if their primary inspiration appears to be mathematical rather than scientific. This colloquial use of the word 'numerology' is quite common within the scientific community and it is mostly used to dismiss a theory as questionable science. |

NUMEROLOGY: MASTER NUMBER
Sometimes when reducing a birth date or birth name down to it's numerological equivalent the result will be a double-digit number such as 11, 22 and 33. Although they would be reduced down to a single digit for the purposes of a reading, the presence of these double-digit numbers are evidence of an enlightened or psychic individual. These numbers are called Master numbers because they possess more potential than other numbers. Usually the personality of a master number is problematic in some way, as their behavior can be erratic, withdrawn, highly charged and difficult. This is the evidence of the higher self trying to propel the personality onto a higher path.
